When will my order ship? TOP

Every jewelry purchase is custom made for the customer. I do not keep a stock of pre-made ready to ship jewelry because I believe in working with the customer on each and every piece of jewelry. If you need minor adjustments to a design, different colors, size, etc, I am happy to make these adjustments! Simply email me to discuss your needs.

Because each piece is custom made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for the shipment of your jewelry.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

Our site currently accepts credit and debit cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal check out.

Simply proceed with the check out process and when you are directed to Paypal's log in page, look to the left and click next to this message:

"Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available)"

Your credit card and bank account info is not disclosed or kept on file with us. Paypal's secure servers collect and process the transaction.

We do not accept checks or money orders. However, we may be able to accept western union or other money transfers from international customers.

Each piece of jewelry you purchase from Dressing Room Jewelry is packaged carefully. Your item(s) will be shipped in a bubble wrap pouch, resting in a jewelry box, tied with ribbon, surrounded by tissue paper, in a priority mail box.

All US purchases will ship via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Shipping with in the US is $7.05 for the first item with an additional $2.00 per item there after.

Shipping to Canada is $11.00 for the first item with an additional $7.00 per item there after. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail.

International shipping is $12.95 for the first item with an additional $8.00 per item there after. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail international.

All custom taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Occasionally I offer a sale or discount on my jewelry. If you would like to be notified of any promotions and new designs, you can sign up for the Dressing Room Jewelry newsletter.

The Newsletter is sent via email normally once or twice a month, with a maximum of once a week.

Your email address will never be shared with another business or other customers.

The email list has a double opt in feature to ensure your desire to be added to the list. Once you enter your info in the box above, you will receive an email asking you to click a link to confirm your subscription.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
